I received a letter from International Sweepstakes Distribution in Ottawa, ON. Their teleophone number is 514-581-5948. Enclosed in the envelope was a check for $2882.73 from a company called Signal Perfection, LTD in Columbia, MD 9180 Rumsey Rd. Suite D-4
Who are these people? They say I am 2nd grand prize winner for $50,000. and the check that was enclosed is a guaranteed advancement to cover all legal and necessary fees.
Has anyone heard of these people, is this a scam or is legitimate.

I am not quick to brand someone as a scammer. We have to allow room for ideas and plans to be creative and not be suspecious. However the A.G.C. and Haplin Data Service are of interest to me. My son operates a data service out of Thiland and he is just a young man using his abilities. So maybere they are legal also despite peoples quick judgement. Lets not be quick to judge

Lottery, Resources Management & Payment Verification. The letter states that I have won the sum of $250,000.00 US dollars from a 2nd catergory drawing that took place on July 30th, 2006.
