I am concistently requesting cancellation of a subscription to FreeLotto daily without result. My bank account keeps getting debited and I keep following the preocedures for cancellation withoout results. Since your organization is affiliated with them and is headed by the same CEO (Kevin Aronin) I woiuld greatly appreciate the cancellation of my subscription and the immediate cessation of drafting my bank account.

I have just recieved an Irish Random Lotto in the mail. The check I recieved had the amount of $2,995.75 and on the certificate it said I won $85,500.00. So right away I looked it up on the internet and everywhere I looked it said it was a scam or fraud. One thing that i noticed on the winning certificate is that the signature was different than the name underneath. What i mean is that it had a signature of a "John W. Pape" or "Papa" and underneath had a name of "Douglas Ferinand- Prize Co-ordinator". Then on the check it had a totally differnt signature on it. It said "Michael Sme..." The check looked pretty legit to me, it had watermark, original document printing, and everything a real check would. The check is drawn on "Renaisaance Hospitals, INC. Operating Account 427 W. 20th Street #300 Houston TX 77008" (Bank One) Another thing I noticed was that it says "We ask that you keep this award from public notice until your claim has been processed and money remitted to your account,...". After I read the document I called the number 1-780-604-9953 to a "PAMELA JONES of Royal Imperial FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT group at 11834 KINGSWAY, SUITE 302, EDMONTON, AB T5G 3J5" and it said "All of our agents are busy" and I was told to leave my name and number on the voice mail but when then it said the voicemail was full. The unknown publisher below pretty much said it all.

I also received a check in the amount of $3,867.29 along with a letter from a Sharon Baker instructing me to contact Benny Higgins at 905-598-5623 on how to cash the check and send the money, I figured this was a scam because I looked up the name of the bank the check was issued from Commercial Bank of Florida with a different phone number of 877-275-9259 when you call that number it says the voicemail box is full, now why in the hell would a bank toll free number hava a voicemail box and be full? better yet WHY would you get a voicemail calling a bank? at any rate the letter instructed me to cash the check at my bank and send $2,800.00 to pay taxes on the $250,000 I supposedly won if this was real the taxes would have been way more than that and why would I send any money back to anyone why not take your portion and send the rest to me, I did not even entertain this check scam I am now sending th check, letter and the evnvelope it came in to the FBI and I hope these scammers get caut, good luck to anyone who has cashed these phoney checks this is a bogus JOKE!

I also recieved a check on 7/15/06 from Renaissance Hospitals, Inc. (Bank One) in the amount of $2,995.75 along with a letter from Irish Random Lotto stating to contact Mark Daniels of Royal Imperial Financial Management Group (11834 Kingsway, St 302, Edmonton, AB T5G 3J5) ph# 1-780-6950-2852. Luckily it was Saturday evening when i retrieved my mail from my mailbox and all Banks were closed which gave me some time to do some investigation. As if life isn't hard enough, (being a single parent, working 2 & 3 jobs at a time, doing everything you can to make ends meet.) you are faced with something so cruel. I just thought all my dreams and prayers were being answered when i read this letter. The first thing that i did was call the number to a voicemail that was full. Then i started thinking of how i could use this money to pay cash for a home for me and my 2 kids (instead of renting), and i wouldn't have to work so hard and i could spend more time with my kids. After some time it just didn't sit well with me and i just kept looking at the check and reading the letter until i decided to pull up Mapquest. The address on the check was legit but the address on the letter wasn't exact. I even went as far as dailing 411 for the # which wasn't showing up only the area code and prefix. I just wanted so badly for this to be true that the winning #'s started looking like lottery #'s that i would've actually played. Then i finally went to google search, typed in irish random lotto, and thats when my dream was over. I must say that this was truly a dissapointing, heart breaking, lesson learned, and for the few people that said that who ever fell for this scam was dumb, that is an understatement and i hate that some of us had to go through this, having your dream laid out for you and then suddenly snatched away. My broken heart goes out to everybody that experienced this cruel intention.

7-16-06

I received a letter and a check this morning and I was so excited since it has been a year since I won a lotto ticket. The amount is $2,995.75, and $2,849.50 has to be returned for a clearance fee. Now, for all of you who are still in 'limbo' as to what to do, and whether or not this is real, I suggest that you read very carefully and take notes.
After my excitement settled down, I kept looking at the check. I play lotto a lot along with clearing house sweepstakes. I have won, but not much. So, I kept looking at the check because it looked authentic. Just like an employment/company check. i checked it over, and over again, and read and re-read the letter. It was just there!
That feeling of uneasiness. I checked again and again for flaws, just to make sure, but the feeling of something wrong was getting too strong for me to ignore.
I gave the check to my daughter-in-law to hold, so my son could look at it and see if I had missed something, although, I wanted to run to the bank and deposit it at the ATM machine!
I finally asked for it back after over 6 hours later, and lo & behold! I found the first mistake or rather the biggest and most obvious one! THE #'s AT THE BOTTOM OF THE CHECK WERE IN THE WRONG SEQUENCE, IN OTHER WORDS, OUT OF ORDER!!!
Here's the: "FIRST CLUE"
ONLY CORRECT ORDER of numbers at the bottom of ANY & ALL CHECKS--(1)ROUTING # (2)ACCOUNT # (3)CHECK #.

Mine were: Check #; Acct.#; Routing #. VERY WRONG!

"SECOND CLUE": BUSINESS WHO CUT THE CHECK AND THE LOTTO. Now, mine was from RENAISSANCE HOSPITALS, INC. in Houston Texas. Sure, I checked on the Internet right away about the company, it exists, but just think! Hospitals and Irish Lotto? How aah 'quaint'. Well, usually, a company as big as that would have a phone # on the check, like our local companies?

"THIRD": The phone # to call is in CANADA, the CAPITAL of LOTTO SCAMS according to me, although, there might be some few legitimate Lotto that actually pay winning tickets and are not scams at all.

But, the point is this--Check cut from TEXAS, the bank is in CHICAGO, (Bank One, and by the way had been changed to Chase if you must know)and the Phone # to call for direction to CLAIM my $80,000.00 is in CANADA, and the LOTTO is in IRELAND!!!
AGAIN: TEXAS; CHICAGO; CANADA; IRELAND; Right here looks like a TRAIL to me. Not counting where they want the money to be send, in NOVA SCOTIA!!!

Food for thought: Why would somebody, and a stranger at that, send you money just to send it back. Here's LOGIC for us to think about. They send us a dirty check, we put it in our accounts, it comes out clean, we send it back to them via money gram (which is cash for them and dirty check for us), and leave us to clean up the mess. Sound like dirty laundry to you yet? YUP! to me too.

And the "FINAL CLUE" which should have been the VERY FIRST for all of us is this: NO RETURN ADDRESS!!!
So, who are we dealing with here? A phantom business is what I think.

In my opinion, enough of your comments, questions, experiences (both good and bad), and my own to conclude that this is definitely a SCAM and WE ALL AGREE that they should be stopped when we all work together, though, I'd like to actually see these guys in the eyeballs and just give them the dirtiest look I could manage, (which I doubt would help since I would probably smile the heck out of them) because words are too good for them. Or, maybe I would ask the most angriest of us all to tell them off for me, but with an American Attitude to boot! I'd just cheer you on with joy and wave our flag in a shoving gesture to enhance our message or however they want to translate it.
