I received a letter today, February 3, 2007 saying that I won come money in the lottery and it claims to have an OSA statement on it concerning the winnings. I was told to Email: chrismartins40@yahoo.co.uk to pay for insurance fees and processing fees. The claim is lottery winners international program and for the Australian Lottery at 10 Victoria Road EC27 NE, London England. The vice president signed the letter as Mary Robert (maryrobertsf@yahoo.co.uk).

The bottom of the letter is endorsed with a statement of Overseas Subscribers Agents is a Government-licensed Lottery Service Agency, which has been marketing National Lotteries to overseas subscribers for over 19 years. Acting as agents on behalf of Lottery players around the world, OSA makes it possible for you to enter Government Lotteries, such as the Australian Lottery etc.

Thank you,

Janece Boyd
