Just like Kim, I recieved a letter from the North-American Merchants Sweepstakes lottery. It said that there was a lottery held on 12-30-06 and that I was a winner and there is a check to cover any taxes due . All I need to do is call Greentree & Associates @ 1-905-598-5034 for details on how to claim my prize. Thay are based in Canada. I googled the company and it came up as a California location. I have called the number numerous times to only get either an answering machine or a very rude secretary. Each time the secretary says that "Mrs. Powers" is not in and she takes a message. I have yet to receive a return call from Miss Powers. I call the secretary back to ask if it is real and she says she cannot discuss the case. I ask for a manager and she says that Miss Powers is the only manager. I ask for her extension and she says she works from many different extensions. It is always the same secretary and when I continued to question her she said "stop f%@*ing calling" Doesn't sound like a very nice company. Please let me know what this is about.
