I understand that it is hard for our goverment to
get these people because they are in other country.
yet i belive they can notify these other countries
of this to try and get these people in to trouble .

I to received the certificate letter from Bonanza2000. I called the agent Pamela Brown and she stated I didn't have to give up any account info. I told her I heard it was a scam and peoples bank accounts had been overdrawn. She stated if I didn't believe in it I didn't have to do it. She stated that already 10 of the 17 winners had received a check. And for those on this site stating that they have really received the money, they probably are working with these companies. I was wondering what would happen if I went to a check cashing place to cash it? Will they cash it? Has anyone done that and if so was there any consequences? Please someone email me with a response.

Is this bonanza for real. I am aware that some of the people that are apart of this possible scam could be surfing the web, and they could be the ones to reply, I just want to know if anyone returned money if they received any. My best friend told me about this. I became curious, so I started searching the web for information.

people if you want to know if check is real look at the top to see what bank is listed then go in the phone book and CALL THE ACTUAL BANK IN YOUR AREA NOT THE PHONE # LISTED ON THE CHECK AND THE BANK WILL TELL YOU THAT THE ROUTING # DOESNT BELONG TO THERE BANK THAT THE CHECK IS A FRAUD

also got check from north-am disbursementin the amount of 3845.65.I called bank to verify if check was good and gave actual check # they said check was good.called back seconds later and made up a ckeck # and they guessed same total and stated that the check was good even though I gave a bogus check #.trust me people big scam dont cash the check.

I also received a letter and am currently cashing the 3000 in my account from the bonanza 2000 and then ill send it to canada and they said i could have the 85000 direct deposited in my account w/ in 5 business days, my question is has anybody received the money and has anybody been scammed, all i've seen on this board are people curious and nobody actually knows anything about it, has anybody collected on the big prize yet?????

I didn't deposit the check into my account! I went to Chase Bank where the check was from and they cashed it! They verified that there were funds in this account before the did, but I do not have an account with them and they cashed it!!! I sent it money gram to a KIM BROWN in OTAWAH, CANADA!! But every keeps saying they have delt with a woman! I spoke with a man named Walter Smith @ Kingsley Financeries. The number is 306-880-2736. If anyone has dealt with this person, please let me know ASAP!! Thanks

I talked to an agent named Judy Taylor that told me to cash the check and send a moneygram for $2,822.25 to cover taxes to Peter Lewis of 900 Cranton Road, Montreal, Quebec, Canada, H3R7K9. They will then send me a check for $80,199.00 after I pay my sponsor $5,301.00. The sponsor is EMC Mortage Corporation of Irving, Texas. Check this stuff out first before you do anything. You could get stuck with a large bill. BEWARE!!!!!

I received a check in the amount of $3600.00 the ck.was from Capital Seven Inc. for a North American Sweepstakes . Called the bank it was on North Dallas Bank in Dallas ,Tx. The bank said the account was closed do not cash the ck.
