We got a cashiers check for $3500 that we cashed and funds were available, along with a letter from the Lottery Resources Management and Payment Verfication center of North America. They say we have won a credit card lottery and gave our receipt number . We are to report to Ontario Canada and attend a seminar to get our first certified check.
