There are two options. 1. 250 lotto rows for $38.95

This cetaianly looks like a scam.

ive received a scam letter saying i won 40,000 from john down i do realise this is a scam and no personal information is given to them, however i am concerned about where they got my adress from and what details they have stolen of mine,identity theft is real, is there anyway of checking this.
Also how do i stop people like this sending me things?

I received a letter from ATM 2010 Bonanza Random Draws that contained a check for $3,885.93 the agent is Dan Wallis and I am supposed to send him $3560.00 back to cover his fees and keep the rest, then Midland Financial Group will send me the remaining balance of my total supposed winnings of $169,225.00. I called the number 1-514-550-7984 so many times and ended up getting a message that wanted me to leave my phone number and my name and that my agent would call me back that all agents were on the phone taking other calls. One time I actually spoke with Dan as he answered the phone and I gave him my name and reference number and he put me on hold for over 8 minutes during which time there was a loud beep every few seconds and it made me nervous so I hung up. I did not believe that this was real and I don't think that they should get away with this.
