i was scammed by a man claiming to be from the british tobbacco co. in conjunction with coca cola saying i won an international lottery. you either come to london or pay a courier fee i paid the fee. then they told me because the check was so large that the US would not let it in due to terriost. they told me that customs interceppeted it that i had to pay a fee for anti terriost papers of 930.00 i did not but he still tried to scam me. i called homeland security and the state police.

I've recieved a letter informing me that I am a winner of the INTERNATIONAL LOTTERY INCORPORATION.
I don't remember entering such a lottery nor have I ever heard of it, this sounded to good to be true.
They also sent me a check for $3,900.00 and stated it was for the perpose of a payment of 98% of the NON-
RESIDENT GOVERNMENT SERVICE TAX (GST).and that it would help a winner to process any winnings without much delay, it would need to be sent through WESTERN UNION or MONEY GRAM
After some research I believe this to be a Scam I will not be cashing this check or sending these crooks anything,although I'm really tempted to call the phone number and give them a piece of my mind! I hope someday they get a long prison sentence.
