Today I rec a second scam of the same type. Lotto winnings. Water-marked authentic looking checks. This is the second in two months, under different names. The first was "Imperial Foundation Lotto" and the second is "Best-Way Processing Center", both supposedly based out of Dublin-when in actuality they are Canadian numbers and addresses--one in Ontario and one in Alberta. Basically both have the same instructions to deposit the check and then wire money to a name and address that you get when you call the "agent's number" for instructions.
I reported the last one to the FBI and International authorities. I will do the same with this one.

I've been a target for sweepstakes scam! supposibly won sweepstakes. But really ended up with a bogus check for the amount of 4875.00 dollars.called international claims department and they said I had to send more money for them to process my return fee! but I did not want to send money for something I had not received yet. My husband recieved today in regular mail a letter from Lloyd's International Lotto Prize Inc. stating that he won $50,000 It says they have tried to call us and have sent other letters that we have not responded to. Says we need to pay a fee before they can release the money, but does not tell us how much the fee is. Says we have to call them. Funny thing is, there is no address for where this place is located, not on the envelope or the letter.
