I RECIEVED MY LETTER TODAY AND THOUGHT THAT I WAS FINALLY GOING TO GET A BREAK BUT NOW THAT I SEE THAT ALL THESE PEOPLE ARE GOING THROUGH THE EXACT SAME SITUATION IM GLAD I LOOKED INTO IT. PLEASE KEEP ME INFORMED VIA EMAIL AT WHAT I SHOULD DO NEXT.
MY LETTER SAYS EXACTLY THE SAME THING AS ALL OF THE OTHER PEOPLE WHO HAVE COMMENTED HERE'S LETTER SAYS. THAT I WON 95,000 AND IT CAME WITH A CHECK FOR 2,995.93 TO SEND TO A LINDA BISHOP.

I received a letter today by mail with a yellow stamp. I was so surprise to find out that I've won $95,000.00. So, I immediately called, Jane Phillips of Apex Financial Management Group, Subsidiary of United Trust Corporation but I had trouble getting through, the phone was static. Phillips informed to call her back tomorrow morning. I couldn't sleep and decided to look up any information on United British Lotto and I AM SURE GLAD TO FIND OUT IT WAS A SCAM! I've entered other Sweepstakes in the past, so I couldn't tell if it was the real thing or not. THANK YOU FOR THIS WEBSITE.

WELL I DID RECIVE A LETTER WITH A CHECK FOR 2,995.95. WAS I SO HAPPY CAUSE IT SAID THAT I HAD WON 90,000.00 THEN I READ THE LETTER LIKE 5 TIMES WHEN I SAID TO MY SELF THIS SOUND TO GOOD TO BE TRUE AFTER ALL I NEVER DID ENTER A LOTTO GAME OF ANYTHING LIKE THAT. BUT I DID TAKE THE CHECK ALONG WITH THE LETTER TO MY BANK AND I EXPLAINED TO THEM WHAT WAS GOING ON, THE BANK KEPT THE CHECK AND THE LETTER AND THEY WERE GOING TO GIVE IT TO THE FBI AND NOW ITS UNDER INVESTIGATION.

United British Lotto is a scam. They obtain your address from e-mail address and sent counterfeit checks stating you've won the lottery. Beware of this scam.

I took my letter and check to the District Att. Office and they had a detective come right out to talk to me. He said this was the first time he ever saw this one but it is a scam. He is calling the bank on the check and do some other investigating and will get back to me when he finds out more. He said once you deposit the check and think it clears, you send the money to Canada by Western Union, that money can never be tracked, then the bank that it is drawn from finds out it is bogus and your bank charges you for it. So in my case I would send $3,800 to Canada, the check comes back a forge and I am charged $3,800 on my account, that means that I am out $7,600 total

I received a letter from Euro international lottery. stating i had won a lottery drawing, they sent me a check that i could cash and i did. but was ask to send it back for tax and clarence fee, I still am waiting on the check for 93000,00s. the man name is fisher, who is to help get the check to me. beware.

I have received a Certificate of Award from the Euro International Lottery Programs - North American Sweepstakes with a check for $1,990.00 for taxes and clearance fee. I cashed the check and Anita Foster and Evans Smith of Century Financial Company in Brampton ONT told me to send a western Union check to them them tey would send me a cashier check for $93,010.00 (Total winning $95,000.000.
I have now the $1,990.00 in my checking account, it cleared? ... surprise.
Is this a legitimate sweeepstakes? the children in Darfur could use some of this money.

I recieved a letter today with a check from North_American Sweepstakes Lottery in Ontario,saying that I have won $250,000. The check was for $4,994 that they say has been deducted from my winnings to pay the taxes. Is this a scam?
