I just received a cashiers check for $4,960.00 stating that i just won some money and this check has to be deposited and cleared to pay for mu accounting, tax processing and clearance fees and it would be deducted from my total winnings. I am sceptical about this because I feel it may be some sort of scam. please advise. Have you ever heard of Esweeps Universal Inc with the address 1019 Kingsley Street West, 2nd Floor, Toronto, ON? I called the number listed in the letter asked if they had a web site and was told it was winforme.com. i spoke with a Brian Carter who said he was the claims agent.

I have registered with AILA (Australian International Lottery Agency) and bought lottery tickets. Is this not an authentic agency?
If they are not authentic can I possibly request that the credit card charges (US$87)be reversed? Because the apparent entry is to August 04, 2007.
