Hello Again I just responded to the Nigerian puppy scam. I to sent money to this missionary what a worthless bastard!!!!!! He had told us that his wife and three children were missionaries in Africa and they were serving the Lord! Well I sent 200.00 dollars and then another 150.00 dollars and then he contacted me and said," That he needed another 250.00 for immuniztions before they can be shipped to our house.
I informed the Shipper and the missionary that I had hired a private investagator and called the states attorney he has not contacted me since. I am pissed off and this SOB needs his ass kicked.

hello I am Valerie and this guy named francis willaims told me that he was a missionary and he was in nigeria with his wife and 3 kids and had 2 pups that were going to die from the harsh weather conditions and they are spoiled and he loved them so much that he was giving them away for free but the shipping was $700 so we were going to split the charge so we each were paying $350.
The man keeps telling me that he needs more and more money and that the pups are stuck in the U.K. until we pay the money and i am not giving that man 1 more penny.
He said there was a male puppy weighing 2 pounds and a female weinging 2.5 pounds. And that they are AKC registered.
SO DONT SEND THIS MAN A DIME.
THIS IS JUST A SCAM.
SO who do I get in contact with so I can get my money back??

The male named (cahced) weigh 2lbs and the female named (Terra) weigh 2.5lbs and will weigh big when fully grown. they are both A K C registered and shots are given up to date and both home trained. both of them are my darling sweetheart and super spoiled! They both have a sweet personality and loves to play and be carried around.
But i'm very sorry to tell you that it is too late for you to get the babies now. What really happened was that i just left the state for africa in some few days ago after i posted the the ad on the newspspper and before i left, i did not get any response from anybody that could take very good care of them for me. So i got a missionary call from our missionary headquaters in africa, t hen i have to bring the babies along with me here in africa since i couldn't find someone to adopt them before i left the state.
I'm still willing to give the babies out to someone who can take very good care of them for me forever. All papers will accompany the puppies when shipped to you, Due to our long staying over here in africa, and the bad weather my Wife and I have concluded to get good home and care for our babies. We are not charging or selling them to you for money but to save thier lifes saved and care for th em so this means that, you and i will be paying for the shipment of the puppies to you. they are VET checked, but right now we are in Africa on a Christian mission with my wife and 3 kids together with Terra and Cached, we have the puppies right here with us.

I believe that someone is currently trying to scam me. I have not, and do not plan to send any money out though. It is a Reverend Chris Welch who is on a mission in Nigeria and has a yorkie which he and his wife do not have time for. All I have to do is send $300 through Western Union. I informed him I don't have that much money and he told me that he would cover part of the cost and just to let him know how much I could afford. I told him I could only afford $150 and he miraculously found a way to cover the rest of the funds. He also told me that he was willing to help me out because it was revealed to him that I was meant to have the puppy. I am going to email him back and tell him that I cannot accept the dog and see what he says. He called me today and told me that his half of the money has been paid to the shipper and that I just have to send my half of the money. He told me everything is in place. I am so glad I found this website to report this scam and to let others know about this. I am so glad I did my research before sending any amount of money. It sickens me to think that he poses as a reverend when what he is doing is anything but christian.

This is the email I was sent though thankfully, I sent no money. As soon as I read that it's from Africa, I know it HAS to be a scam. Never send money for something someone emails you about. It will never be legit and even if you get the product or whatever, odds are it's stolen adn they are selling it via email and when they get caught, you get in trouble too!

I am from Ohio. This past week I was scammed twice. At least the second time I didn't fall prey and send money. Hopefully the money I sent via Western Union the first time will be recovered.
One ad was placed in one of our local papers whom I've contacted and will probably hear from tomorrow. The second one was a lady contacting me via email. I'm sure that right now my name is on an 'easy to scam' list somewhere.
Anyway, everyone, remember you can't always trust what you hear, read, see, etc. If it's an offer that seems 'too good to be true'; it probably is. My love and want for a teacup Yorkie proceeded my common sence. Plus the fact that in one it was a "Pastor" and the other one a family of 5, missionaries in Nigeria. It's really sad these things happen.
Right now I'm more heartbroken that worried about the money.
Upon contacting our local newspaper that ran the origial ad, they reported they too had been scammed. The creditcard these people used to place the ads was STOLEN and the contact information was a fraud also.

The gentleman even called me approx. 25+ times via an itt operator.
Once I sent the code for the money transfer, I never heard from him
again. I have been sending msgs. because I need the information to
pick up the puppies. I gave him the information of either Akron/
Canton Airport in Ohio or Cleveland International. He said your
company was the shipper.
He and his wife and 3 children, along with the 2 puppies he was
sending me FREE, were that they were missionaries and wanted the pups
out of Africa. I agreed to provide them a loving, caring home and he
and I reached a $$ agreement on shipping. But that is where it all
ended.
I have contacted western union, The US Attorney General and the United
States Fraud Agencies as well as our local paper that carried the ad.
The gentleman had 2 email addresses, [email protected], then
[email protected] and yours was [email protected] with a
reference name of Fred Lampard.
Last week, delivery of the post on Sat., Nov. 15, under pets was an ad
that these people wanted to give free a Yorkshire pup and the only
contact information was an email address [email protected]. I
corresponded throughout the entire week with these supposed people who
claimed to be missionaries in Nigeria. All I had to do was pay for
the shipping. Yes, I know, shame on me. But I did a western union
money transfer and haven't heard from these people since.
I have sent the information on to the Attorney General and several
other fraud agencies and also to western union. I don't know if I'll
be able to reclaim my funds or not.
Here is the information they gave me. They also telephoned me several
times during this past week via an ITT operator.

got 395 from me to ship the cutest baby yorkie who could not continue to survive the weather conditions in africa and needed to be adopted back to U.S. because of owners "missionary" work - yeah right - then called me wanting an additional 600 to clear customs...the "supposed" breeder who gave me his name because she was just so devasted that this beautiful baby would not survive is [email protected]
I have reported them to Nigerian authorities and internet crime reporting - i hope he and his missionary ass enjoy a long time behind bars - how dare they use a religious front - and then the breeder tells me he is the most honest man of the cloth she has met - of course i did not find out it was a scam until he had already picked up the money and i could not stop it!
I will continue to harass both of them with emails until i get some type of response from him - meanwhile i have a devasted child who was expecting her new puppy yesterday - she had seen all the puppys pictures and the stories he told us about what a great pup it was - HOPE THEY BURN IN HELL!!

I was scammed back in July for $1600 for free yorkies. Had never heard of scam till after it had happened. I now watch out for scams in the paper every day. Have found 4 so far. The newest one is form a Rev.Larry Moore in Nigeria. Last one was from Sarah in California. It just keeps on going. How do we stop it?
