I recieved e-mail from Dr. Tony Nelson that I am a lottery winner out of Austrailia. He asked for an up front fee for forwarding money either to my bank or a certified check to me. He gave an address of Plot 230, Ikenegbu Layout, Aladinma Road, Owerri, Imo State Nigeria. He also gave a phone number of 2347030987057. I am trying to verify any of this information. I know this is most likely a scam and I told him the same and told him I am checking him out. Any info will be appreciated.
