Hi I received a letter from International Lottery Board S.L stateing that i have won 815,950 euros. Considering i do not play the lottery i cannot understand why i have been sent it. They want me to ring there claims agent being a Ken Pablo on 00 34 638 345 360 or fax them on 00 34 696 641 162 to arrange payment. Obviously i am not going to ring them and give them my bank details and i might also add that my so called commission out of my winnings being 5% is to be paid to Quincy Serguros S.A. After the 9th December 2007 if i do not claim it will be sent back to Ministerio De Economia Y Hacienda as unclaimed. I hope this will help others into not being conned and giving any personnel details.

Today I received a letter in my mailbox. I live in Canada and the letter was sent from Spain. Just imagine. It was from "Royal Winner's Board SL" and it said that I had won over a million US dollars and attached was a form to fill in all my personal data with the bank account details and fax to "my agent". Ridiculous, how people over the world can buy this scam! My advise to all who will read: if you win for real - you will never be asked your bank or personal info. "australian lottery" (can only win this lottery if you bought a ticket)
This email looks like a fake lottery scam.
Consider the following facts about real lotteries:
They do not notify winners by email.
You can not win without first buying a lottery ticket.
They do not randomly select email addresses to award prizes to.
They do not use free email accounts (Yahoo, Hotmail, etc) to communicate with you.
They do not tell you to call a mobile phone number.
They do not tell you to keep your winnings secret.
They will never ask a winner to pay any fees to receive a prize!

they want you to be blinded by the prospect of quick money, but the only money that ever changes hands in 419 scams is from you to the criminals
"affidavit ", "high court":
Barristers (lawyers) mentioned in 419 scams are always fake.
"federal high court":
This court is often mentioned in '419' scams to give the victim a reason why he/she should send thousands of dollars to the scammers. A 'Federal High Court' exists in Germany and Nigeria, but not in other countries, such as the UK, Spain, Netherlands, Senegal, Benin, South Africa or other countries where fake lawyers in scams often claim to be based.

Western Union or MoneyGram money transfer are completely untraceable and therefore are not safe to use with anyone you do not know personally. They are the preferred method of online criminals to collect money from their victims.
