PROCESSING , that i won a lottery value 891,934 pound. Unfortunately, i have sent them my identity card but luckily for me i have not send the 550 pounds i need to open an account, this was due to the fact that i insist on paying the money into their account with a cheque. It appears Dr. Andrew Kemaa and the ACCESS Bank is targeting people in India. My brother-in-law has received an email stating ACCESS Bank wants to send him money, but first he must send 450.00 USD to them for handling the transfer. I have advised him that this is a scam, and the originator is wanting 1) him to send money and 2)his personal information because he must open an account to receive the bogus money (identy theft).
I asked my brother-in-law if he initiated contact with this bank, he did not. So I asked how does this bank know who you are???
