Internet scam or true?

Here’s a new one I hadn’t seen before. Victim posts their resume on a career-oriented/job finder Web site. Suspect responds by e-mail posing as a corporation offering an opportunity to make money processing client checks and then re-directing the funds to designated parties. The e-mail also guarantees the recipient will make no less than a certain amount of income each mont

If the recipient bites, they are sent a “confidentiality agreement” telling them that they are prohibited from divulging the identity of any of the parties involved and further that they must re-direct the funds as instructed without undue delay. Failure to comply with the agreement is grounds for immediate “termination” from the fictitious corporation.
