Only one thing matters to me at this point in this endless discussion. And that is, was LS selling hardcore content, over and above the softcore sites we all know and many subscribed to, using the same models? And has anyone produced an example? If so, I would be further interested in how this material was distributed, because if it was on the Internet, I think it would have turned up. All else is opinion and blather, long past pointless.

There is no new magazine. Latest issue is magazine 16, which was available a week before LS servers went down. They are back online again, but no new material available.

I did not see Mag 1,6,7 or 9, just repeating the buzz on the usenet. The story was that LS Mag 13 was more shocking due to the age of the girls and the musical striptease of the blonde.

Some time ago, LS used the infamous Regpay in Belarus. Regpay also billed for CP sites. Regpay was raided, and there were searches and busts worldwide (but not over LS material). They then billed their own, but Visa started stiffing them at one point. Many people joined with EGold accounts (the anonymous gold account). Then, Visa seemed to be O.K.
Until the end, LS billed their own through Visa and MC I think. The billing showed up as some outfit in Russia, but you weren't redirected to a billing site when you signed up for LS.
If their membership info. was encrypted, there is possibly still a paper trail in their emails between support staff and customers.
I disagree that any members would now be safe from searches and prosecution. The info. might be sent down by LEAs to local law enforcement (federal or state) where it languishes until someone decides what to do with it.
In my opinion, many local U.S. Attorneys or state D.A.s would not prosecute solely on LS material. It's too weak. But someone looking for promotion (or re-election in the case of DAs) might set up stings based on this info.
They do not want to invest a lot of money, but end up with some losses in a preliminary hearing.
Customs might be more interested than Justice or local LE. Customs under the new Homeland Security Dept. might want to make a name for themselves.
Overall, I think the odds are their customers are safe.

LS found out:
1.Video is more lucrative than still pictures. For one thing, it's harder to repost on the usenet.
2.A technical improvement in video quality yields big returns.
3. A woman directing or shooting the video gets more out of the girls and lowers their inhibitions.
4. Preteen girls (age 7-10) have fewer inhibitions than adolescent girls, less "leg lock". Then comes LS Magazine: Each issue with 600-800 photos of 2 or 3 girls in 6-8 sets plus 16-20 videos of about 60-80 MB each.
The magazine sells like crazy. Some explicit close ups, but doesn't really set off alarm bells until
LS Magazine #13. I saw this issue on the usenet.
