This is true, as there is no secured payment gateway. While doing any transaciton on net , for puchasing any items , only information they ask is card no and cvv no. no secret question that is must., just by knowing credit card and cvv no., u can purchase any things. this is very serious I have also faced the same problem when some one has booked air ticket costing Rs 3800/- from my card no. and investigation is going on.
