I agree that companies are victims of cyber crime, but there are other victims. Individuals are the major targets. Most of the Advanced fee fraud perpetrated online are done with an individual in mind as a target.

This was gathered from the information available during the period of my project work in the Polytechnic.

Internet Intermediaries should be held liable for the crimes and adequate laws should be enacted to control the menance.
