I've not seen anyone point out the obvious... including the writer of this article.
I pre-emptive attack against a country's political web sites - lame thought it is - strongly suggests collusion between the organized crime thought responsible for the attacks and the government, which theoretically was the only entity that knew of the impending kinetic warfare.
