hacks.... it sounds more like a stupid person with more access than was prudent.

She probbaly had 2 mortgages and was about to lose her house, or was a convicted felon and they didn't do a background check... who knows.

Criminal! lock her up, but this stuff can be compared to windows in your car. They keep honest people honest and thats about it. When opportunity presents adn the need is great enough. Possibly even jelousy, it will happen.

I am certain North Bay Health Care didn't ever expect that this could happen to them. Good accounting software never allows anything to be created and destroyed without a record. Obviously, modifying the electronic check register to perpetrate a crime doesn't reflect well on the developer. However, whatever happened to reviewing the cancelled checks against the check register for payee? Now, that is entirely North Bay's fault and hopefully, the A/P individual was not the same person who reconciled the bank statement.

Some companies deserve what they get.
