I am divorcing a software engineer whom has criminally harrassed me for over 3 years.He has done everything from install a keystroke recorder on my computer to changing my passwords and security questions to hijacking my browser, etc. I need to catch him to stop the incessant harrassment. The police in my city are seemingly unable to investigate his constant criminal activity because they either don't know how to do so or lack the resources. Any ideas as to what I can do to put an end to the harrassment?
