Thus, forecasting and planning of the suppression of cybercrime is a compound of the efficient disclosure, investigation and prevention of crimes in the sphere of high technologies. The most optimal method of criminological forecasting is the extrapolation method that allows, by the way of examination of cybercrime, to transfer regularities of past cybercrime development to the future and, basing on the initial data, to form statistical rows, that can be extended to the future and to use them during revealing and investigating cybercrimes. Planning is the organizational structure of the whole process of investigation, whereby it conditions not only the efficiency of law enforcement work on revealing and preventing cybercrimes, but also observance of dates of investigation under criminal procedural law.
