A man in HCMC has been arrested for accessing people’s bank accounts and stealing money, police said.

Tran Quang Duy, 20, distributed leaflets and placed advertisements in newspapers advertising Singapore Tiger Airways low-cost air tickets.

His service persuaded customers to register for Tiger Airways budget flights via his website with personal credit card information. He then accessed the airlines’ website to buy tickets.
