Ex-teacher faces child porn charges

The criminal case that stemmed from a teacher sending a nude photo to a former female student over the computer that at one time seemed to be over has expanded into a child pornography case.
Michael O'Hanian, 39, who formerly taught at Shelby Junior High School, may go to trial in March in Macomb County Circuit Court to defend himself against charges of distributing obscene material to a youth, using a computer to commit a crime and possession of child sexually abusive material.
