Gadsden, Ala. man convicted in child porno case

BIRMINGHAM, Ala (AP) - A Gadsden man awaits sentencing after a federal jury convicted him for producing child pornography.

Alice Martin, the US Attorney for Alabama's Northern District, said 47-year-old Martin Tracy McBurnette was found guilty Friday in Birmingham federal court.

Prosecutors said McBurnette enticed a 7-year-oldd child to engage in sexually explicit conduct and then produce illicit images involving the child.
