St. Charles man arrested on charges of swapping child porn

Bail was set at $70,000 Friday for a St. Charles man arrested on charges of distributing child pornography, authorities said.

St. Charles police say they arrested Scott J. Nuxoll, 20, on Thursday after a search of his home in the 200 block of North 5th Avenue. Investigators seized two computers.

Nuxoll was charged with three counts of possessing child pornography with intent to distribute, authorities said.

The state attorney general's high tech crimes unit—which conducted the investigation with local police—found Nuxoll was trading child porn on the Internet, authorities said.
