Ronald L. Dick, Director of the National Infrastructure Protection Center (NIPC), recently discussed protection of the nation's vital systems, including banking, emergency services, and rail transportation, from cyber terrorist attacks. Mr. Dick described to Congress the critical need for outreach and information sharing to combat cyber attacks and stressed the need for victims of cyber crime to report computer intrusions to law enforcement.
