The international practical-scientific seminar "Child pornography and trade by the children through the world network the Internet"

10-11 July 2006 on the base of the Saratov Center for the case study of the organized criminality and corruption with the support of the embassy OF THE USA in Russia takes place international practical-scientific seminar "child pornography and trade by the children through the world network the Internet: the state of problem, possibility and prospect for opposition, the experience of foreign states ".

Basic problems, which are proposed to the consideration at the seminar:

Revolution of child pornography and trade by the children through the world network the Internet: social danger and the contemporary state

* the public danger of the revolution of children's pornographical images in the world network the Internet, and also the involvement of children in the measures of pornographical nature;
* contemporary state and the tendency of the revolution of children's pornographical images in the world network the Internet;
* state and the tendency of trade by children with the use of a world network the Internet;
* the basic purposes, which are pursued with the accomplishment of the reports of trade by children with the use of a world network the Internet; the connection of trade with the revolution of children's pornographical images in the world network the Internet;
* the personality of children and adolescents, assigned to the participation in the measures of pornographical nature;
* the personality of the user of the services of children's porno- business;
* the problem of the development of crimes and attraction to the responsibility of the guilties of the revolution of child pornography in the Internet;
* the measure of fight with the deflecting behavior, connected with the revolution of child pornography and the trade by the children through the world network the Internet.

Possibilities of the legislative opposition to revolution of child pornography in the Internet and the trade by children with the aid of the Internet

the state of the Russian, foreign and international legislation, which regulates the sphere of the use of a world computer network the Internet;

the legislative determination of concepts "pornography" and "child pornography" (and also the connected with them concepts of pornographical images, materials, objects, measures of pornographical nature and it is other.) as the necessary condition of successful fight with child pornography;

the administrative and criminal legislation of Russia and foreign states, that foresees responsibility for creation and revolution of the pornographical images of children, and also for their involvement in the measures of the pornographical nature: effectiveness and the sufficiency of the existing measures of state coercion, way of their improvement;

the need of adopting the normative- lawful report of the international nature, which regulates questions of the collaboration of the countries of the world community in the fight with the revolution of child pornography in the world network the Internet;

penal responsibility for the activity, connected with the trade by children, including with the use of a world network the Internet: the possibility of the national and foreign criminal legislation

International collaboration in the sphere of the opposition to revolution of child pornography in the Internet and the trade by children with the aid of the Internet and the possibility of civic community in this sphere

In the seminar is planned the participation of the representatives of State Duma RF, embassy OF THE USA in Russia, the workers of the state structures OF THE USA, colleagues of the legislative and executing agencies of authority RF and Saratov region, that lead scientists of Russia in criminal law, criminology, to other branches of criminal cycle, specialists in the region of computer technologies.
