A former credit union CEO was sentenced to a year in jail after being convicted of arranging to have sex with a 5-year-old girl while her mother watched.

The jail time was far below the sentencing guidelines.

Macomb Cicuit Judge Matthew Switalski reduced the potential minimum sentence for David Lance Rauch, 53, of Clinton Township, by about 75 percent, saying that Rauch may have never intended to go through with the meeting, has already been punished in many ways and appears to be of no danger to the community.
