Vietnamese money stolen by Nigerian hacker

On October 17, the Ministry of Public Security of Vietnam arraigned this hacker, named Opeoluwa Mark Adeyemi, 36, for fraud, and permitted him to be out on bail. However, he immediately went missing from his temporary residence.

According to police, this man hired a house on An Duong Vuong road, ward 16, District 8, HCM City. He worked as a technician for a Vietnamese limited liability company named Hoang Yen Minh.

Adeyemi is a professional hacker and his job at the above company was stealing passwords of credit accounts of Vietnamese and foreigners online. This man and the director of Hoang Yen Minh company booked tickets with low cost airlines by these credit accounts for customers of Hoang Yen Minh company.
