Every scam or shade of fraud anywhere in the globe is ascribed to Nigerians and it does appear that the willing victims are always almost non-Africans.Europeans, Asians and Americans must love Nigerians so much and their easy-come fat cash that they keep falling victims to usually see-through scams.
Excuse me, it takes two to tango.With all the publicity given to these scams, those who still fall for them are either dumb blind or dishonest or all at the same time.
