... In 2002 this kind of crime reached 10, in 2003 - there was only one case.

The number of filed physical trespasses on private property by fraud or abuse of trust, committed using computer information (illegal use of logins and passwords to access the Internet articles 165 and 272 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) also increased almost twofold: 1494 crimes for 2002, 2321 cases for year 2003.
The situation in Ukraine is similar or even worse.
