Cyber Crime A 57-year-old Austin man pleaded guilty to charges that he molested and photographed his grandchildren and posted the pictures on the Internet.

Larry Underhill's family turned him in after his son found the photos when he signed on to his father's computer. Under the plea agreement, prosecutors recommended that Underhill be sentenced to 19 1/2 years in prison.
"We're going through extensive counseling right now," said the victims' mother, Marion Underhill. "Everybody's changed now - nothing's the same anymore."

Mower County Attorney Pat Flanagan said authorities recovered hundreds of sexually explicit photographs of children from Underhill's house - including about 100 of himself and his granddaughters, ages 9, 8 and 7.
Underhill pleaded guilty to three felonies: first-degree criminal sexual conduct involving penetration, second-degree conduct involving contact, and a third-degree count of using a minor in a pornographic photograph.

"We were satisfied with (the agreement), and the family was satisfied with it," Flanagan said. "If he makes it out of prison and he still has some life left, he'll be very old."
Flanagan said Underhill had no serious criminal history, and expressed no emotion at the hearing Monday.
